Intimidators DEI Announce Partnership Unveil Car

After a birthday celebration at JR Motorsports earlier in the day, members of the Earnhardt family and representatives of Dale Earnhardt Incorporated were on hand to help present the car to the Kannapolis Intimidators. “This is an exciting addition to Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium, in the town Dale called home,” Intimidators general manager Randy Long said. “We encourage fans to come out and see the car, take pictures, look in the window, touch the hallowed number three and tell their own Dale stories.”
“This is very special for all of us, Dale was a very avid baseball fan and this team in particular was very important to Dale,” Jeff Steiner, the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Dale Earnhardt Incorporated said. “Also, since today is Dale’s birthday it makes it even more of a special day and with great pleasure we present this car.”
The car has the number three on the sides as well as the top and it has the Intimidators logo on the front of the car. Dale Earnhardt will be among the first five inductees into the NASCAR Hall of Fame which will open its doors for the first time on May 11th in Charlotte, NC. Earnhardt will be formally inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame on May 23rd in a ceremony at the Charlotte Convention Center.
